Bonfires

With us all being incarcerated at home there is time to clear the garden. And inevitably the brown bin is too small for all but the smallest garden.


If you need to have a bonfire please ensure that everything has dried out, only light it in the early evening, and only if the wind carries the smoke away from houses. Check that the bonfire cannot spread and will not cause the Fire Service to be called out.


Please spare a thought for those neighbours who may be suffering from respiratory conditions.
