THE MUSE OPEN STUDIOS, LAMBOURNE

SIOBAN COPPINGER @ THE MUSE OPEN STUDIOS

We warmly welcome you to visit THE MUSE  on Saturday 4th & Sunday 5th of July, Saturday 11th & Sunday 12th of July and Saturday 18th of July between 11am and 5pm.

‘BLOWN AWAY’, Bronze and Mild Steel ~ Cast in the Artist’s Studio.  This unique study of a young man will be on view at The Muse during the Open Studios. Inspired by T.S. Eliot’s 'Four Quartets', this life size sculpture pays homage to so many brave people whose lives are altered by the conflict of their time. The plinth, fabricated in mild steel, is reminiscent of hastily dispatched munitions … then abandoned to rust.

OUR SPECIAL EVENT!
To celebrate MOS’s 20th Anniversary, SIOBAN & PETE Invite you to our first public pouring of MOLTEN BRONZE on SATURDAY 18th JULY at The Muse - 12 noon, 2pm, and 4pm - times approximate.

Sioban Coppinger FRBS FRSA, The Muse, 23 Oxford Street, Lambourn, BERKSHIRE, RG17 8XS

The annual Vicarage Garden Party in Great Coxwell will be held on Saturday July 4th, from 2.30 to 5.00 pm. For the last three years we have been blessed with fine weather (but the afternoon will proceed whatever the weather conditions!). We are providing tea, coffee, soft drinks, and a goodly selection of cakes and savouries. There is no charge, but there will be a collecting bowl for any donations to the Douglas and Helen House Hospice for Children and Young People in Oxford. All who live in Great Coxwell or have links with the village are very welcome. For any further information please get in touch.
