Local GP practices have been working with Oxfordshire CCG and patient representatives on plans for the future of GP and primary care services in South West Oxfordshire and in the other five localities across the county.

The draft plan is at https://consult.oxfordshireccg.nhs.uk/consult.ti/SWLocalityPlan/consultationHome
The plan is available for further comment until 17 December 2017, and we invite you to further have your say:

• We would like your view on the priorities in the plan (pages 20 - 46) – have we go them right?
• Do you agree with the expansion or introduction of new services within the community to meet the challenges we face?
• Are there any gaps? What do you think we have missed?

Care worker recruitment campaign

12/12/2017

Care worker recruitment campaign from Oxfordshire County Council, NHS and Oxfordshire Association of Care Providers.

Oxfordshire currently has around 14,200 people working in adult social care. But the county's ageing population is growing at twice the average, so there is an urgent need for more caring, friendly and reliable care workers to support older, frail people in their own homes, in nursing and residential homes or in community hospital settings. Please see attached if you want more info.
