Local GP practices have been working with Oxfordshire CCG and patient representatives on plans for the future of GP and primary care services in South West Oxfordshire and in the other five localities across the county.

The plan is available for further comment until 17 December 2017, and we invite you to further have your say:
• We would like your view on the priorities in the plan (pages 20 - 46) – have we go them right?
• Do you agree with the expansion or introduction of new services within the community to meet the challenges we face?
• Are there any gaps? What do you think we have missed?
