Faringdon & District U3A will hold their May meeting in the Faringdon Corn Exchange on Thursday 12th May 2016 at 2.30pm. The speaker will be Dr Tony Maisey talking about “Pain”. Dr Maisey is much in demand as a speaker in the Thames Valley area. The talk is not depressing! Dr Maisey has a strong sense of humour.

9th June 2016 The speaker at the meeting will be Carol Bunyan who will talk about her career as a writer initially for the BBC, followed by free-lance writing and as a theatre director; most recently she has been lecturing on board cruise ships.
The meeting starts at 2.30pm and will conclude with refreshments. All members are welcome but visitors will be required to pay £1.25.
