The village of Great Coxwell offers an Artists’ Trail from the Great Barn down to the Church. All the artists will be demonstrating their skills. At the Great Barn, Joe and Rob will set up their lathe and be turning green wood, making bowls, carving spoons etc. In Peter's Barn, Jo Webster will be making mosaics, Annie Jenkin throwing clay and painting on ceramics, Sam Thulin will be there every day painting, Pam and Derek Pepper with their watercolours and Jo Coleman demonstrating cane-work. Karen Vogt will be carving stone next door in Stable Studio. In the Chapel House conservatory, Margaret Nairne will be creating pieces of jewellery and Annabelle Zinovieff will be binding books and albums.
As before, we will have a pop-up café in The Reading Room serving delicious home-made cakes, lunches and teas. At the end of the trail is the ancient and beautiful St Giles Church, which will have a selection of plants for sale. We hope to see you there.
