Whatever your plans for the day you will be welcome to 'drop-in' to any of the One Hour sessions:
Starting at - 9.30am, 11.00am & 12.30pm - Close-down will be at 2.00pm.
Please join us for FREE refreshments whatever your plans for the duration of the event, while we are supported by www.rrtglobal.org and one of their local 'Rapid Response Teams' who will be providing Bacon Butties/Donuts/Teas/Coffee (Yes, the barista bean variety!) and soft drinks, from a global organisation that supports the emergency services and our communities with welfare support and to provide resilience in times of protracted or major incidents.
High winds (although dry weather!) is predicted for Saturday and so I would not expect you to miss the wafting of cooked bacon over the village rooftops! You are invited to sample some of the fayre on offer while passing by, or dropping-in to one of my sessions. Enjoy!
I look forward to seeing as many of you as possible, while capacity at the Reading Room will be limited to 50 per session. We will look to further future sessions if demand outstrips capacity on this occasion.
My thanks to our Parish Council, Trustees of our Community Fund for funding the day, along with the White Horse Practice (Faringdon) and our local Pharmacies, for support with health and information leaflets available on the day.
Please avoid parking in the area adjacent to the Reading Room as vehicular access of the RRT team will be required.
Please contact on: 07796 572752 if you have any questions concerning the arrangements for day.
