Despite most dog owners being thoughtful and responsible about their dog's mess this is getting worse all through the village.
Anna Baatz, Dogs Trust Education and Community Officer for Greater Manchester said:
“It’s the small minority of irresponsible dog owners who leave their dogs' mess on footpaths, in parks and green spaces. Many people may not realise that when it comes to disposing of dog waste any public bin will do! Dog owners simply need to pick up their dog waste in a poo bag and place it in any bin.”
