Pam Smith ran the Coxwell Cafe. We owe her and all her helpers a massive thank you. They provided delicious coffees teas and lunches all five days Artweeks was open. Their excellent reputation ensured we had the best attendance yet - raising a massive £1938.83. This is the highest amount ever and will be split, after expenses, three ways with the Park, the Reading Room and the Church.
.Jane Holmes and Sylvia Athawes ran the Plant Stall by the church and again raised a huge amount of money for village causes. Thank you so much to them and all their hard work.
Lynette Stulting gave the proceeds from her Artweeks concert to the village. She very generously donated £100 and thanks are due to her and all the musicians who played.
And lastly to Mike and Cathy Harris who let us take over Peter's Barn and looked after the artists so well with cups of tea and biscuits.
If you are an artist and would like to join the group please get in touch. It is a wonderful village event. We are lucky to have so many people willing to help make it such a vibrant, creative two weekends.
